We had a very nice Christmas this year. Celebrating the season started for us all the way back on December 4-5 when we traveled to Findlay, Ohio to celebrate with Heather's side of the family and continued through to December 27th when Heather, myself and the kids spent the mid-day at my Grandma's house. Here are just a few of the great photos Heather and I were able to take. (not displayed in chronological order)

Zoe - By Herself
Ian and Emma got most of the photos during the latest update, so I gave little Zoe her own section.

Visions of Halloween's Yet To Come
Heather was at Target the week after Halloween and found some of their premium costumes marked down 90%. She just had to buy some things for the kids. She even got me a Shaggy (you know, Scooby-Doo's friend) costume including a wig and facial hair.

The Bird Feeder
Ian and I went to the Red Oaks Nature Center in Aurora, IL to build a bird feeder and learn what types of seed will attrack certain birds. Ian built it all himself - I only held the wood together for him and started some of the nails. He's a handy little fellow. I think we both had a lot of fun.

Emma congratulates Ian on a job well done.

Pumpkin Picking
No trip to Sonny Acres this year. Ian went there on a field trip with his class and I decided we would go to the old pumpkin stand-by: The Farm, a farmstand near our house in Aurora.
