Mmmm . . . Beer Bike Can't say I'm a fan of the Amstel family of beers, but if this bike came rolling down my street I think I would hop on for a ride.  The Beer Bike will be in Chicago tomorrow. posted by Brendan | 7:13 PM | permanent link
Pizza Beer is Coming I so wanna try and get a 6-pack of this when it hits Chicagoland stores this fall.  St. Charles, IL home brewer Tom Seefurth has made the ale, which is flavored with tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano, for Walter Payton's Roundhouse restaurant here in Aurora, IL. Now he's found a Wisconsin brewer who will make and bottle the beer so that he can sell it at local stores starting in November. But they will only be making 500 cases. So I'll have to move quickly. Apparently Binny?'s Beverage Depot will be stocking the beer. Hopefully I can pick some up there. posted by Brendan | 12:18 PM | permanent link |
